Technical & Functional Expertise Act as the subject‑matter expert on the ServiceTitan platform capabilities, limitations, and roadmap‑aligned solutions. Evaluate and design integrations with third‑party systems (e.g., accounting, payroll, CRM, marketing, BI tools). Support complex data structures including pricebooks, reporting hierarchies, and multi‑location or multi‑trade environments.
Customer Advisory & Enablement Lead technical discovery and architecture discussions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders. Clearly articulate trade‑offs, risks, and recommendations to build trust and drive alignment. Support customers through change management by guiding adoption and future‑state design.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Implementation and Customer Success teams during onboarding, optimization, and expansion phases. Provide architectural guidance to Sales during complex pre‑sales or upsell motions. Serve as a feedback loop to Product and Engineering by identifying recurring gaps and opportunities.
Governance & Documentation Create and maintain solution documentation, diagrams, and decision logs. Ensure solutions are scalable, supportable, and aligned with internal standards. Identify risks early and proactively recommend mitigation strategies.
What you'll bring: 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting, systems design, or implementation roles. Experience designing and supporting SaaS platforms with complex business logic. Strong understanding of service‑based or field service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, or similar). Proven ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Hands‑on experience with ServiceTitan (implementation, configuration, or administration). Experience with ERP/FSM systems, API‑based integrations, and accounting systems such as QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite. Background in customer success, professional services, or enterprise SaaS. Familiarity with data modeling, reporting, and analytics concepts. Strategic thinking with strong execution discipline. Customer‑first mindset with a consultative approach. Ability to manage ambiguity and complex problem spaces. Strong documentation and architectural reasoning skills. Bias toward scalable, repeatable solutions. Compensation For candidates in the United States, the good faith salary range for this role is Zone1: 101,400USD–152,000USD (CA, CT, DC, MD, MA, NJ, NY, VA, WA) and Zone2: 94,700USD–142,100USD (other US locations).
