Manage Pre-sales tasks in coordination with the Sales teams Draft system design and BOMs/quotations and give technical support to complete Sales proposals Maintain up-to-date information in Key Account Plans with the appropriate Sales Account Manager Create/write responses to RFx requests within the defined processes Manage hand-over to the PMO and Support teams once systems are sold Elaborate and enhance solutions for the customers’ requirements Anticipate and plan the project phases in conjunction with PMO Work with customers to define the architecture of the system Assist the customers with the operational and technical "go live" of a system Presence at external and internal customer-facing events Take part in regular public engagements such as events, tradeshows, panels, etc Fill informational gaps on competition and EVS user cases Provide detailed feedback to the Markets & Solutions team about market trends Organize demo of products remotely or on customer’s premises Maintain and run local/regional demo systems and setups
Profile
At least 5 years of working experience
Technical skills
Strong infrastructure, IP knowledge base & solution selling experience. Proven leader with good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to discuss business requirements and present solution designs to customers and internal team resources. Strong background in Broadcast production technology and cloud experience Excellent communicator/negotiator with strong presentation skills Autonomous with a high degree of flexibility Proven ability to work with the customer to capture and document business requirements, supporting the sales process Ability to think ‘outside of the box’ and be creative Highly motivated and trusted Willingness to travel within the national market Aligned with EVS values: Innovation, Passion, Excellence, Agility, Accountability, Teamwork, and Customer Success
Languages
Knowledge of other languages is an asset
Offer Offered annual salary : from $ 95 000 (+ depending on experience) EVS offers comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage for you and your eligible family members, fully paid by the company, starting on day one.
