Overview The IT Infrastructure Analyst supports enterprise security initiatives by maintaining and securing IT infrastructure across cloud, network, and systems environments. This role partners with security teams to implement controls, monitor systems, remediate vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance.
Responsibilities Implement and maintain security controls across infrastructure Monitor systems for threats, vulnerabilities, and performance issues Support incident response and remediation efforts Manage vulnerability patching and risk mitigation Maintain secure environments in
AWS and Azure Collaborate with teams supporting
Salesforce, Zuora, ServiceMax, FinancialForce Support integrations via
MuleSoft and Boomi Manage security tools ( Bitdefender, Huntress ) and tickets in
Freshservice Help secure web/e-commerce platforms ( WooCommerce, WordPress ) and analytics tools
Qualifications
2-5+ years in IT infrastructure, systems, or security Experience with
AWS and/or Azure Knowledge of networking, systems, and security fundamentals Experience with vulnerability management or endpoint security tools
Nice to Have
Salesforce or SaaS ecosystem experience Familiarity with
MuleSoft, Boomi Knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, CIS) Relevant certifications (Security+, AWS/Azure Security)
