To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Machine Learning Architect will apply GenAI and LLM-based techniques to develop and integrate model systems into cloud-based SaaS environments while collaborating with cross-functional teams remotely. Key Responsibilities
Develop, scale, and integrate ML/AI solutions for healthcare use cases, including predictive models and semantic search Design high-level solution architectures and collaborate with offshore teams to build and evaluate models that optimize client outcomes Ensure responsible AI practices and translate complex insights into quantifiable business impacts for clients
Required Qualifications
Ph.D. with 1+ years of related industry experience or Master's with 4+ years, including at least 1 year in healthcare ML/AI Hands-on experience with healthcare data and proficiency in Python, SQL, and data engineering for AI/ML applications Experience with big data frameworks and modern ML packages such as PyTorch and Scikit-learn Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines for production ML systems Solid understanding of transformer models and LLM-based approaches, including experience with prompt tuning methods
