Our client, a leading organization in the retail industry, is seeking a Data Analyst Level 2 to join their team. As a Data Analyst Level 2, you will be part of the Data & Analytics Department supporting the In-Stock project team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and innovative thinking, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Data Analyst Level 2
Location: Cincinnati, OH, 100% Onsite
Pay Range: $50/hr. W2

What's the Job?
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
Develop and maintain business reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes.
Standardize and improve data processes, quality, and automation efforts.
Participate in all phases of system testing and Agile project activities to ensure successful implementation.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other programming languages used for data analysis.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or matplotlib.
Excellent communication skills to present complex findings clearly and effectively.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
