Job Summary The Technical Lead will play a critical role in managing technology within projects and providing expert technical guidance in Embedded C development . This role involves leading and mentoring development teams, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices, and driving the successful delivery of high-quality embedded systems solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards in Embedded C development, ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, enhancing their skills in Embedded C and firmware development .
Ensure process compliance within the assigned module by participating in technical discussions, reviews, and feasibility studies.
Evaluate technical alternatives, architecture best practices, and risk mitigation strategies for embedded systems.
Prepare and present detailed status reports , proactively managing risks, minimizing exposure, and ensuring timely resolution of escalations.
Skill Requirements
Proficiency in Embedded C programming with a strong foundation in firmware development.
In-depth knowledge of embedded systems design principles and architectures .
Strong understanding of debugging tools and techniques for embedded systems.
Familiarity with Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) and hardware interfacing.
Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Certifications (Preferred) Certifications in Embedded Systems or related fields, such as Certified Embedded Systems Engineer (CESE) or equivalent.
