Job Description At Regions, the Learning Solutions Architect at this level is responsible for the overall learning strategies that increase the capability of Regions’ associates to deliver on business objectives. The role is strategically aligned with key business units and oversees the creation of associated curricula and learning journeys—from new hire through progression. The architect consults with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and business units to identify learning needs and gaps through diagnostic assessments, decides whether solutions should be developed internally or sourced externally, and manages relationships with vendors. Primary Responsibilities
Manages Business Unit (BU) Learning Initiatives/Strategies: acts as the primary Learning & Development (L&D) point of contact for HRBP and business unit requests, establishes and maintains learning curricula/pathways for the supported units, and develops, executes, and monitors initiatives to support agreed-upon strategies. Business Liaison & Learning Council: facilitates Learning Council meetings, presents recommended strategies for review and agreement, validates L&D priorities, aligns with business unit strategy, leverages learning metrics and analytics for data-driven insights, and manages the L&D budget for the units. Learning Needs Analysis: applies a systematic process to analyze job-specific skills, identifies root causes for performance gaps, recommends learning/development solutions, and directs non-learning root causes with the appropriate Center of Excellence. Solutions Design Recommendation: gathers, organizes, and analyzes information on the impact of learning solutions against key business drivers, applies learning theories and practices to construct individual solutions and overall curricula/pathways, engages Centers of Excellence to recommend solution closures, curates learning resources into pathways, and sources vendors for outsourced solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. Five (5) years of progressive experience in a Learning & Development organization.
Preferences
Experience with LMS platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Plateau, etc. Experience in instructional design and learning curation.

Position Type Full time. Compensation Details Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point‑of‑market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors that directly impact pay include experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location, and performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individual, pay will also vary among associates within the same job. The target information below is based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for the position’s location and level. Job Range Target: Minimum: $99,325.05 USD Median: $127,170.00 USD Incentive Pay Plans: This job may participate in an annual discretionary bonus plan. Benefits Information

Location Details Regions Center Location: Birmingham, Alabama Position is currently offsite in Birmingham, AL or Huntsville, AL and associates will work from home primarily, with occasional on‑site meetings as needed.
