What You'll Do
Provide general urology consultations and follow-up care Perform ureteroscopies and other special procedures Conduct hospital rounds, including emergency consults and OR procedures Manage a patient volume of 40-70 patients per day in outpatient and hospital settings Coordinate with a supportive team including medical assistants, LPNs, schedulers, and front office staff Document efficiently using EPIC EMR Cover scheduled hospital daytime call, primarily for consults and occasional clinic/OR assistance
What You Need Required: PA licensure or IMLC LOQ in hand DEA registration Board Certification or Eligibility in Urology Minimum of 3 years urology clinical experience (or recent graduation with a clean file) Preferred: Experience with ureteroscopies and hospital consults Strong communication and teamwork skills
