Eligibility & Experience
12+ years of total experience.
Minimum 8 years of experience designing and developing large, complex technical solutions with Salesforce.
5 years of experience designing Salesforce diagrams using Salesforce Diagramming Framework or UML.
3 years of experience with MuleSoft administration (any version).
2 years of experience translating business requirements into system/application/process designs and performing application/data modeling for large Salesforce solutions.
Experience building Salesforce UI/UX using Visualforce, Lightning Components, Apex Classes, and Apex Triggers.
Experience creating custom Salesforce configurations including formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes.
Required Skills
MuleSoft integration design and implementation.
Experience creating RAML and SWAGGER API contracts and mock services.
Java/J2EE programming experience.
MuleSoft Administration.
Experience with Anypoint Studio up to its latest version.
Strong knowledge of SDLC methodologies.
Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with stakeholders.
Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in technical services, providing guidance to internal and external customers.
Experience analyzing customer service requirements and designing service solutions.
Certifications
MuleSoft Certified Developer – Level 2
Certified Salesforce System Architect
Certified Salesforce Technical Architect
MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect – Level 1
MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect – Level 1
Additional preferred certifications (e.g., Level 2 Developer, System Architect, Technical Architect, Platform Architect, Integration Architect) with 2‑1 years experience.
