Job Description
Candidate should be a hands‑on Java Lead person with an overall 10+ Years of IT Experience.
Should be doing hands‑on coding in current projects.
Should have 7 years of hands‑on experience in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Kafka.
Should have hands‑on experience in current projects.
Should have hands‑on working experience in Agile Methodologies.
Should have strong backend project development experience and API development, mostly using Java, Spring Boot, and any messaging tool.
Team Lead experience – experience in managing onshore/offshore and nearshore models from the US location (at least 2 years).
Good communication skills.
100% written confirmation on working from the client office – no remote working (not negotiable).
