SDET Senior Java Developer Work Location: Orlando, FL (Day one onsite required) Job Description We are seeking highly skilled professionals with extensive experience in Core Java. This role demands a deep understanding of Core Java concepts, framework and tool development, and best practices along with a basic knowledge of software testing methodologies. The ideal candidate should have a background in framework development and test solutions with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. We encourage candidates with a strong Java development background and basic testing skills as well as those with strong SDET and Core Java skills to apply. Must-Have Skills Programming skills Primary skill requirement Strong proficiency in Core Java including Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts Exception handling, Collections framework, Multithreading and concurrency, and Reflections Testing skills Secondary skill Experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Selenium Good knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines Familiarity with version control systems like Git Good-to-Have Skills Experience with other test automation tools such as Appium, Javascript, Groovy, or Junit Experience with cloud-based testing platforms and services Understanding of Agile and DevOps practices Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication and collaboration skills with geographically dispersed teams Ability to work independently and as part of a team
