They are looking for an experienced Software Engineer to become a core part of their engineering team. You won’t just be closing tickets; you will play a key role in defining how their systems scale, how their data flows, and how they maintain code quality as they grow.

What you bring to the table
Proven Engineering Fluency: You have deep experience in Python or Golang (or a strong background in another backend language and a willingness to switch). You understand the trade-offs in API design, database modeling, and system architecture.
A Pragmatic Approach: You know that the “perfect” code is the code that delivers value to the customer and can be maintained by the team. You avoid over-engineering.
Curiosity for Tooling: You actively look for ways to work smarter, not harder. You are enthusiastic about integrating AI-powered workflows to boost your own velocity and the team’s efficiency.
Collaborative Leadership: You enjoy discussing technical decisions with the team. You are comfortable mentoring junior colleagues, reviewing code with empathy, and fostering a culture of psychological safety.
