Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a QA Analyst II to join their team. As a QA Analyst II, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and development teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills, effective communication, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: QA Analyst II
Location: Menlo Park, CA
Pay Range: $38-$43
What's the Job?
Develop and execute comprehensive software test plans to identify issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Test system modifications and prepare for implementation, ensuring seamless integration.
Create testing programs addressing database impacts, software scenarios, and usability concerns.
Document software defects using bug tracking systems and report findings to developers.
Monitor bug resolution efforts, track progress, and maintain databases of known defects.
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a relevant field.
Basic knowledge of circuit boards, processors, chips, and computer hardware/software applications.
Familiarity with design techniques, tools, and principles involved in producing technical plans and models.
Understanding of engineering science and technology applications.
Experience with computer development software such as Microsoft Visual Basic, Linux, JavaScript, etc.
