Responsibilities
Report to the General Manager.
Drive commercial results, focusing on sales and revenue growth.
Develop new business (40% of the role) and account‑manage existing business (60%) primarily within Corporate and MICE sectors.
Leverage an existing network and industry knowledge to secure new opportunities.
Provide guidance and support to one direct report – a Sales Manager.
Be prepared to travel to visit clients.
Qualifications
Minimum experience as a Senior Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
High standards, can‑do attitude, results‑driven and excellent attention to detail.
Strong commercial outlook and ability to demonstrate network knowledge.
Excellent customer‑care, account‑management and negotiation skills.
Allowed to work in the UK and currently residing in the UK.
Experience working in hospitality is required.
