Location: Remote Job Summary We're seeking an experienced QA Automation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to issue resolution. The QA Automation Engineer will design, develop, and maintain automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks using Python (Pytest) Create and execute automated test scripts to ensure thorough coverage of application functionality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs Proactively identify and report issues, risks, and opportunities for process improvement Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and deliverables Develop and maintain pipelines, integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows Apply OOPS concepts, code reusability principles, and fuzzy logic to write efficient, modular code Analyze application flows and functionalities to identify potential issues and improve test coverage Requirements 3-4 years of experience in automation testing Proficient in Python (2-3 years) with expertise in Pytest Strong understanding of pipelines and ability to make required changes or learn quickly Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Proactive approach to issue identification and risk management Strong grasp of OOPS concepts, code reusability, and fuzzy logic
