3rd Shift Charge Nurse (LPN/RN) Heritage Pointe is seeking dedicated RNs and LPNs for 3rd shift positions at our Fort Wayne, Indiana location. A successful candidate should be reliable, enjoy working with people, have excellent organizational skills, and have the ability to work under pressure. As a member of our successful healthcare team, you would provide high-quality nursing care for our residents, offer guidance and support to other team members, maintain a clean and safe working environment, and ensure that all operational tasks are completed efficiently. This is a GREAT opportunity if you are just starting in the field or have plenty of experience. Responsibilities
Identify patients' care requirements, focus on their needs, and act on them Resolve or report on patients' needs or problems Monitor and record patient's condition and document provided care services Follow care regulations and standards
Qualifications
Nursing: 1 year (preferred) Heritage Pointe is a great place to begin your career! Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task Compassionate with good communication skills Excellent teamwork skills Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations Leadership experience preferred Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
License/Certification:
Licensed by the State of Indiana BLS Certification (Required) Nursing Licensed (Required) RN (Preferred)
