Conducting thorough patient evaluations, ordering necessary diagnostic procedures, and developing personalized care strategies Diagnosing and managing acute, episodic, or chronic health issues independently or in collaboration with physicians, depending on your credentials Providing education to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and holistic disease management Prescribing appropriate medications and therapies within your practice scope Engaging in continuous patient follow-up and chronic disease management Working closely with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care Maintaining precise and thorough documentation in our electronic medical records (EMR) Required Education
Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program Certifications Needed
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or a similar credential Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to obtain within 90 days) Key Skills
