Our spas are owned and operated by a Physical Therapist and a Physician who truly care about their staff. Flexible scheduling to accommodate an excellent work-life balance. Both full-time part-time positions available. This is a great opportunity to join our professional and highly experienced team of massage therapists, and work in a beautiful and busy spa with dedicated staff. We offer multiple avenues for bonuses, promotions, and growth. We Provide:
$2,500.00 Sign on bonus. Flexible scheduling (part-time or full-time) Highest pay tiers and commissions in the area. $45.00 - $75.00 per massage 401k Health insurance Paid continuing education Strong repeat clientele Growth opportunities and lead positions Saturday lunches provided for staff Great location - Clay Terrace Mall, Carmel, IN and Hamilton Towne Center, Noblesville, IN No non-compete contracts; we can work around other jobs Energetic and supportive environment Spacious rooms, lobby, and break room Developing subspecialties in oncology, hot stone, cupping, pregnancy, arthritis, and chronic pain syndromes
Massage Therapist Requirements:
Perform consecutive 50-minute quality massage therapy sessions. Design specific sessions based on client's individual needs. Maintain strong desire to help others through promoting the healing benefits of spa services Carry liability insurance Knowledge of Swedish massage, deep tissue, pre-natal Welcoming recent grads
