Responsibilities
Identifying Business Opportunities: ‒
Actively seek new business opportunities within existing key accounts, exploring avenues for upselling or cross-selling. ‒
Promote all company products and services for imports and exports to increase sales ‒
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for business expansion. Meeting Sales Targets: ‒
Set and achieve sales targets for both revenue growth and customer satisfaction. ‒
Monitor and report on progress toward sales goals, making adjustments to strategies as needed. ‒
Ensure execution of developed sales strategies, objectives, and goals Customer Support and Issue Resolution: ‒
Provide excellent customer support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution of problems to maintain customer satisfaction. ‒
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and improve overall service quality. Negotiation and Contract Renewals: ‒
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. ‒
Facilitate the renewal of contracts and agreements, aiming for long-term partnerships. Communication and Reporting: ‒
Keep clients informed about relevant updates, new offerings, and industry insights. ‒
Prepare and present regular reports to management on key account performance and opportunities. Team Collaboration: ‒
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, pricing and legal, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions to clients. High School Diploma required Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, logistics, or a related field preferred 0-2 years of experience in international freight forwarding, Warehouse operations with Supply Chain Knowledge and/or relevant logistics sales experience preferred Positive attitude, resilience, and a proactive approach to prospecting and relationship-building Desire to learn and grow within the logistics sales industry, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Self-motivated, enthusiastic, team player Prior experience in sales or customer service roles is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook Ability travel up to 30% U.S. Samsung SDSA offers a comprehensive suite of programs to support our employees:

This allows you to progress as you grow and develop within the position. Your base pay will depend on your skills, education, qualifications, experience, and location.
