Collaborative Team Environment Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive dental examinations and diagnoses Develop and present treatment plans Provide restorative, preventative, and emergency dental care Educate patients on treatment options and oral health Maintain accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to deliver exceptional patient care Clinical Opportunities Providers with experience or interest in the following are encouraged to apply:
Implant Restorations Implant Placement Invisalign® Cosmetic Dentistry Crown & Bridge Removable Prosthetics Endodontics Oral Surgery Full Mouth Rehabilitation Requirements Required
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school Active Dental License in New York, NY DEA Registration (or ability to obtain) Strong communication and patient education skills Commitment to quality patient care Preferred
Invisalign® Certification Implant Restoration Experience Implant Placement Experience Experience with comprehensive treatment planning Cosmetic dentistry experience Endodontic experience Oral surgery experience Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments
