Schedule 12-hour shifts, primarily days, following a weekend rotation as scheduled. Requires working every other weekend. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Cardiac/Telemetry Stepdown unit. The RN will provide exceptional care for patients with cardiac conditions, monitoring their vital signs and administering medications as necessary. You will work closely with a team to ensure a safe and healing environment for all patients. ResponsibilitiesMonitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and EKG readings. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care. Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Required Experience / CertificationsActive RN license with relevant experience in a Cardiac/Telemetry setting. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Experience in titrating medications and handling cardiac drips such as Amiodarone, Dopamine, Heparin, and Nitro is essential.
