Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Oregon OT license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to start. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred. Experience with PCC and Net Health EMR systems preferred. Ability to meet productivity expectations of 85%-90%.
Preferred Qualifications Previous in-house SNF therapy experience preferred. Prior experience managing caseloads in facilities with 40-60 beds preferred.
Assignment Details OT schedule: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Guaranteed hours per week: 36. Productivity expectation: 85%-90%. Current facility census approximately 45 patients; total beds 59. EMR systems used: PCC and Net Health.
