Medical Lab Technician (FT DAYS) Title: Medical Lab Technician (FT DAYS) Pafford EMS: Southwest Arkansas Regional Medical Center Division/Department: Hospital- SW ARK Regional Medical Center State: Arkansas Description: SOUTHWEST ARKANSAS REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER IS NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR A FULL TIME MEDICAL LAB TECHNICIAN - Wednesday through Friday on the Day Shift Essential Functions:
Prepares, analyzes, documents and reports tests and test results. Assures Quality Control measures are acceptable and documented appropriately. Communicates with physicians and nursing staff regarding required tests. Successfully completes proficiency testing as assigned.
Education/Skills: Degree or Associate Degree in Medical Technology or educational equivalent. Licensure: National Certification preferred (ASCP, AMT, NLCP, ASCLS) or similar. BLS recommended A minimum of one year recent laboratory related experience preferred
