Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130 (competitive travel nurse pay)

Employment Type: Travel Contract (Travel Nurse)
Unit: Float Pool - ICU boarders in PACU (critical care float pool)
Shift: AM (07:00 - 19:30)
Shifts per Week: 3
Shift Duration: 12 hours
Hours per Week: 36
Contract Duration: 13 weeks (6/22/2026 - 9/20/2026)
Unit Operating Hours: Monday 7am to Saturday 7pm (no Sundays)
Number of Positions: 2
Job Requirements / Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred)
Active Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in ICU or relevant critical care specialty (ICU RN experience preferred)
Additional professional education, training, or certifications may be required by specialty area or facility (e.g., ACLS as applicable)
Responsibilities Assess, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for assigned patients under the direction of licensed physicians
Provide direct care to ICU boarders in the PACU, including monitoring and managing critically ill patients
Float to the Emergency Department (ED) for ICU holds or to other ICU/Stepdown units based on census and clinical need
Collaborate closely with patients, families, interdisciplinary peers, and the healthcare team to coordinate care
Direct and oversee nursing support staff in the provision of patient care in accordance with policies and standards
Apply current nursing principles, theories, and evidence-based practices in daily critical care nursing responsibilities
