8hr Evening Shifts Available (EOW)
2:45pm to 11:45pm
Provide direct, non-professional nursing care and assistance with activities of daily living.
Support patient/resident rehabilitation, mobility, and recreational activities.
Monitor and report changes in patient/resident conditions to nursing staff.
Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients/residents.
Follow established care plans, facility policies, and instructions from licensed nurses and physicians.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.
Document care activities and maintain accurate records as required.

Must be registered and certified by the state of PA
