About the Role At Noble Community Clinics, our Medical Assistants are vital members of our care team. In this role, you will support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, help maintain smooth clinic operations, and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. You will assist in both clinical and administrative tasks, ensuring every patient receives the highest standard of service. What You'll Do
Prepare patients for exams and procedures by taking vital signs, recording medical history, and updating patient charts. Document patient information in the EMR following best practice standards including compliance with HIPPA. Assist providers with examinations, treatments, and minor procedures. Perform basic laboratory tests and collect/prep specimens for analysis. Administer injectable medications and immunizations as ordered by Provider. Immunization ordering, tracking, and daily inventory monitoring in adherence with the Vaccines for Children Program and the Wisconsin Immunization Registry. Educate patients on follow-up care, procedures, and treatments. Maintain exam rooms, supplies, and medical equipment to ensure a clean, safe environment. Assist with scheduling, referrals, and electronic medical record (EMR) documentation (experience with Epic preferred). Triage patient calls and provide backup support at the front desk when needed. Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, safety standards, and patient confidentiality regulations.

What We're Looking For
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Medical Assistant Certification CPR/BLS Certification required. 1+ years of experience in a healthcare setting preferred. Strong communication, organization and customer service skills. Comfortable working with diverse populations and in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of EMR, medical terminology, medications, immunizations, phlebotomy and lab preferred.
