Schedule 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, Night Shift, 48 hours per week Job Description We are seeking a skilled Night Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, primarily providing care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU). This position involves working with short-stay patients following various procedures including Cath, EP, and vascular surgeries. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in pre-operative and post-operative care, particularly in monitoring and supporting patients during their recovery period. ResponsibilitiesAdministering patient care in the PACU for patients recovering from surgery. Monitoring vital signs and assessments to ensure patient stability. Managing IV drips, cardiac drips, and tele monitoring equipment. Providing care for trauma patients and those requiring complex post-operative care. Collaboration with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals. Preparing patients and families for discharge. Floating to Bramhall PACU/IMC/ICU as needed. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure3 years of PACU experience with recent floating experience required. Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications. Experience with tele strips, cardiac monitoring, and post-operative care. Prior Travel Experience is preferred. Experience in Phase 1 care and trauma Level 1 care. Why ARMStaffing?
