Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. Administer therapeutic exercises, modalities, and manual therapy techniques. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly. Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance. Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatments and progress notes. Comply with all regulatory, safety, and facility policies. Qualifications:
Hold an active PT license to practice in Texas. Possess current BLS and ACLS certifications. Have at least 1 year of clinical experience. Demonstrate strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Exhibit proficiency in basic computer skills and documentation. Capable of performing basic math for treatment calculations. Benefits & Growth:
