Schedule Shift: 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM Days: Every other weekend required
Assignment Details Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Requirements - NY License - 1+ years of experience - BLS Certification - EMR: PointClick Care
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide nursing care to patients in a long-term care setting. - Assist in the development and implementation of individualized patient care plans. - Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Support patients with activities of daily living.
Compliance / Notes - Must float to all units within the same building. - Travel within a 75-mile radius is required; local rate will apply for those under 75 miles.
