Job Description
Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and formulate personalized therapy strategies to help patients reach their functional aspirations Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply best practices to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive function, and daily living skills Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, well-rounded care Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and caregivers on therapy methods to ensure ongoing success at home Track Progress and Adapt Treatments: Monitor clinical developments and modify approaches to keep patients on the path to recovery Education
Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution Encouragement for ongoing education and advanced certifications Certifications
Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification necessary Skills
