Ampersand Therapy is excited to be searching for compassionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join a wonderful local school district for the 26-27 School Year! Competitive pay (Up to $53/hour) + stable school-year schedule Multiple placement options based on your experience and preference Supportive, local district partnership W-2 employment with liability insurance included Healthcare benefits* + 401(k) with company match Reimbursement for licensure and professional development + referral bonuses Position Details: Full Time - for 2026-2027 School Year 1.0 FTE, Monday-Friday schedule What You'll Do: Provide evaluations and treatments for schools Complete portions of IEPs/documentation Collaborate with school Special Education team What We're Looking For: Initial certification by National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy License by the NC Board of Occupational Therapy
