The primary focus of this role is to promote our client's brand by developing and hosting events. As a competitive Retail Sales Associate, you will help customers identify and purchase products they desire. Your responsibilities will include selling, restocking, and merchandising. Our goal is to provide high-class customer service and drive company growth and revenue through sales maximization. Responsibilities:
Customer Satisfaction : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Store Maintenance : Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Customer Needs : Ascertain customers' needs and wants, offering tailored recommendations. Product Display : Recommend and display items that match customer needs, creating visually appealing displays. Product Knowledge : Keep up to date with product information and accurately describe product features and benefits. Sales Policies : Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and efficient sales environment. Requirements:
Experience : Proven working experience in retail sales. Sales Principles : Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Communication : Solid communication and interpersonal skills. Customer Service : Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction. Benefits:
