Retail Sales Associate Hourly Pay:

Job Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer preferences Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including stocking shelves and setting up displays Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the store’s success
Ensure that store displays are visually appealing and organized
Support team members in maintaining store operations and providing excellent service
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required Friendly and approachable with strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
Comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash registers
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have reliable transportation to and from work
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
