Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service. Promote and sell Nambe products, demonstrating their unique features and benefits. Maintain product displays and ensure they are well-stocked and visually appealing. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers through in-depth conversations and consultations. Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and individual performance goals. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or marketing is a plus. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a home goods or design environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills to manage stock and displays. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends. A passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics to represent our brand effectively.
