Position Summary:

The Clinical Manager, Customer Training is responsible for leading the development and delivery of clinical education programs for customers, ensuring safe, effective use of products, therapies, or services. This role combines clinical expertise with training strategy, focusing on enhancing customer competency, improving patient outcomes, and supporting product adoption.

The Clinical Manager partners cross-functionally with clinical operations, sales, product, and regulatory teams to design and implement training curricula that align with evidence-based practice and organizational goals. They oversee training initiatives, evaluate effectiveness, and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.


Key Responsibilities:

Coach Clinical Educators in the field to ensure optimal delivery of customer education initiatives
Serves as a product resource expert/mentor for direct reports while in customer accounts performingeducation/training activities
Set goals and objectives for team members to gain certifications/credentials/expertise for continuous development
Utilize personnel management tools (omnicoach) to document and provide feedback to direct reports on a regular basis.
Continuously evaluating new methods of delivering training to enhance classroom training, unit based training, virtual training etc.
Gains input and trend information from major clinical groups
Continuously evaluates new and existing data collection tools to ensure that customer feedback is captured and shared internally as part of the continuous improvement initiatives.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Supervisory/Leadership expereince preferred.
  • 8+ years related experience required.
  • 50%+ travel required, Valid driver's license and passport, Ability to work non-standard schedule as needed, Valid RN license

Salary:$125,000 -$130,000 (plus Incentive Compensation and compnay vehicle)
