Celtic Careers has partnered with our well-established client, and we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join a growing Business where relationships Drive Success. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused professional who enjoys building strong client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. About the role: As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing customer accounts, identifying new opportunities, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to project completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within target markets. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products and services. Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through to order completion. Collaborate with the Design team to deliver accurate and effective customer solutions. Represent the business at client meetings, presentations, and industry events. Support tender submissions and procurement processes across public and private sector projects. Work closely with internal departments and suppliers to ensure excellent service delivery. Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets and business objectives. Experience & Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a B2B sales, account management, or trade/wholesale environment. Demonstrated ability to generate new business and grow existing accounts. Strong track record of achieving sales targets and delivering business growth. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Commercially astute with a strategic approach to sales development. Highly organised with strong planning and time-management abilities. Experience within the office furniture, workplace interiors, or office fit-out industry. An appreciation for design and the ability to interpret floor plans. Knowledge of public and/or private sector procurement and tendering processes. Personal Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and results-driven. Passionate about interiors, design, and creating outstanding customer experiences. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills. Proactive and solutions-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
