We Are Hiring Location: Elk Grove Village, IL and Hoffman Estates, IL Facility Name: Ascension Alexian Brothers Medical Center and St. Alexius Medical Center Schedule: Full-time Base salary: $100,000.00-$125,000.00 CME Allowance: $3,000 Malpractice coverage with tail What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated NP/PA to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
Join an established, stable and well-respected Cardiology team of 25 physicians and 18 APP's Call structure: 1:4 Practice setting: Inpatient and Outpatient responsibilities Full-service Cardiology practice Vascular focused position High quality service in one convenient location Excellent office support staff Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Eligible for state medical license and DEA/Controlled Substance registration

What You Will Need Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Drug Enforcement Admin credentialed from the Drug Enforcement Administration preferred. Registered Nurse preferred.
Education:
Masters Degree of Nursing required.
