RV Service Advisor

Dennis Dillon RV Marine Power Sports is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused RV Service Advisor to join our team in Boise, ID. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our service department and customers, ensuring excellent communication and service quality throughout the maintenance and repair process.

• Greet customers promptly and warmly, addressing their RV service needs.
• Assess service requirements and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle issues.
• Communicate service updates and status to customers throughout the repair process.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Prepare service estimates and explain recommended repairs or maintenance to customers.
• Manage service orders, invoices, and warranty claims accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training preferred.
• Previous experience in an automotive or RV service advisor role is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Basic knowledge of RV systems and maintenance procedures is beneficial.
