Speech Therapist

CenterWell Home Health is seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to deliver in-home speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing services to adult and geriatric patients. In this field-based role, you will complete thorough evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and document care in our EMR. You will educate patients and caregivers, promote safety and independence, and collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team to achieve strong clinical outcomes.
