You are expected to achieve appropriate competency across all core and functional areas. You will actively engage in clinical performance improvement and ensure patient safety. ASSESSMENT Performs complete patient assessment. Recognizes significant changes in patient status and seeks appropriate resources. Coordinates or collects physiologic monitoring data: vital signs, monitor results, lab and diagnostic test results. Performs ongoing assessment according to unit policy. Documents assessment in compliance with hospital policy. Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, upon hire Registered Nurse: AR, upon hire and Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 9 - months
