Physical Therapist Assistant Effingham, IL Specialty: Ambulatory Surgery Position Type: Travel Contract Length: 13 weeks Pay: $1329 - $1601 | Shift: 5x8 Days Are you a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant looking for your next rewarding opportunity? Our healthcare partner is seeking a skilled PTA to join their team and make a meaningful impact in patients' lives. In this role, you will work closely with a supervising physical therapist to deliver exceptional patient care. Your responsibilities will include carrying out treatment plans, modifying interventions as needed, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. You will also document patient progress, provide individualized education, and maintain competency in all areas of client care.
Need 2 years experience in setting Adheres to the APTA code of ethics Executes treatment plans as directed by the supervising PT Modifies treatments based on patient progress and communicates changes to the PT Assists in maintaining a clean and effective rehabilitation environment Documents patient progress according to facility procedures Functions independently within the scope of the PTA Practice Act Seeks educational opportunities to remain current in practice Active Illinois Physical Therapist Assistant License Active American Heart Association BLS certification COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply) Apply today and let Capstone Health help you reach your full potential!
