PRN Anesthesiologist Job Category: Anesthesiologist Requisition Number: PRNAN002190 Part-Time On-site Moorestown, NJ 08057, USA Description Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team at our new office in Moorestown, NJ. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, literally changing their lives. Our top priority is the satisfaction and well-being of our patients. At Nuvia, our Anesthesiologists are efficient with their time, self motivated and always put the patients safety as the top priority. An ideal candidate has experience with nasal intubations, however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Education/Experience/Licensure:
Board Certified in Anesthesia Current state medical license Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross. Ability to obtain and maintain Professional malpractice insurance. Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful
Duties:
Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office based setting Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events Stay up to date with evident based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment
