CT Technologist Location: Jacksonville, Florida Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM, expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. Job Description: As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging exams using CT technology. This position requires an experienced individual who is able to collaborate effectively with medical staff to ensure high-quality patient care and adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities:
Perform all CT exams except cardiac CTs. Collaborate with physicians to provide accurate imaging results. Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures. Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment as necessary. Document patient interactions and imaging results accurately in Meditech EMR.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
Minimum of 1 year of CT experience in a hospital setting. ARRT (R, CT) certification is required. Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification is required. Preferred: Experience in a trauma hospital setting.
