Make outbound calls to prospective clients nationwide across various time zones Follow a structured outreach approach while keeping conversations natural and engaging Ask thoughtful questions and guide discussions with confidence Identify qualified opportunities and set appointments and/or generate requests for quotes Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems Represent the company with professionalism and polish in every interaction What We Are Looking For
Charismatic and well-spoken with a strong phone presence Professional, polished, and courteous in all communications Reliable and punctual with consistent attendance Coachable and able to quickly learn messaging, scripts, and objection handling Comfortable speaking with business professionals and decision-makers Results-driven mindset with a focus on generating opportunities Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle conversations professionally Effective active listening and problem-solving skills Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry Ability to manage time efficiently, multitask, and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or call center environments preferred Background in pharmaceutical, biotech, or construction-related industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Schedule

$18$22 per hour, depending on experience Monthly performance-based bonus / commission plan Additional Requirements
