We are seeking a detail-oriented Falcon Red Operator for our Mail Room in Cincinnati, Ohio. Under the direction of a Team Leader or Work Coordinator, you will be responsible for capturing images of checks and payment posting documents, operating specialized equipment, and ensuring quality processing of transactions. Pay $18/hr Hours 7:30am-4pm M-F Key Responsibilities Operate Falcon Red image capture equipment. Log in to the Falcon PC and Red module; select appropriate processing options and dates. Start the envelope cutter, extract, and inspect contents. Empty stacker trays; keep documents organized in designated trays. Complete the Deposit Cut Audit Log and manage batch trays. Accurately record process errors on Quality Tracking Sheets. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. 0-1 year of experience in item processing or a related field. Strong clerical, reading, writing, and math skills. Proven ability to organize and process information accurately. Prior GLBX Extraction and Batch Prep experience a plus. Physical & Work Environment Requirements Ability to stand or walk continuously; bend, squat, and lift up to 15 pounds frequently. Thrive in a fast-paced, production environment with variable duties based on processing demands.
