CT Tech – CT Scan Schedule: Weekends required; may exceed every other weekend to meet unit needs. Must commit to working 3 of the 5 listed holidays. Assignment Details: Patient volume: Heavy load — ~140 patients per 24-hour day. Requirements:
Siemens or Philips CT experience required. Minimum 2 years of experience preferred; 1 year experience required. California state license in hand (where applicable). LA Fire Card required within the last 30 days.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform CT scans and ensure high-quality imaging for patient diagnosis. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide excellent patient care. Maintain a safe and sterile working environment. Stay updated with advancements in imaging technology and techniques. Provide support and education to patients and families regarding procedures.
Compliance / Notes:
Background checks and license verification required. Required documentation for submission: SSN and DOB. Travelers are expected to float between facilities in the state; refusal may result in termination. Scrub policy: Department-specific colors, facility-issued. Free parking available.
