Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:
Preparing and organizing the operating room to ensure a seamless surgical experience Maintaining sterile fields and strictly following infection control protocols Handing instruments and essential supplies to surgeons and surgical teams Managing surgical equipment before, during, and after each procedure Overseeing supply availability to ensure readiness for each operation Collaborating with nurses, anesthesiologists, and other surgical personnel for coordinated care Accurately documenting surgical counts and procedural notes Education Requirements:
Successful completion of an accredited Surgical Technology program A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory Certifications Needed:
You must possess a current CST (Certified Surgical Technologist) credential BLS certification (or ability to secure within 90 days of hire) Key Skills and Attributes:
