Employment Type: Contract/Onsite
Location: Santa Clara, CA
Pay rate: $39-$45/hr, DOE
Responsibilities:
Partner with Business Insights leaders to support reporting requirements across Global and Product Analytics verticals.
Partner with functional subject matter experts in developing methodologies for new metrics and scale them globally as well as educate users as needed.
Partner with peers, IT and systems teams in executing projects that enable the automation of data, dashboarding and reporting.
Oversee operational management of current GTM/Leadership reporting processes, including the development and implementation of new data models.
Provide insights on bookings, pipeline, customer, product, rep performance and other sales KPIs
Respond timely to inquiries from stakeholders and end users.
Requirements:
3-5+ years of data analytics experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (SQL, Excel, Google Big Query, SFDC).
Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, CRM Analytics).
Knowledge of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to interpret complex data sets, as well as experience identifying trends, patterns, and anomalies.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
Nice to have:
Experience with programming languages (R, Python)
