Start Date: June 15, 2026
Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 shifts per week, 8-hour day shifts
Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,284 - $2,538
Required Qualifications Active RN license (California RN license or compact RN preferred)
Minimum 1 year of oncology nursing experience required (outpatient oncology or BMT experience highly valued)
BLS certification required
Chemo certification (ONS/ONCC), OCN, and BMTCN certifications preferred
Experience with case management, authorizations, and new patient referrals
Familiarity with EPIC electronic health record, EPIC pools, and MyChart patient messaging preferred

Key Responsibilities Provide clinical case management for patients in the Adult Stem Cell Transplant Program and outpatient oncology clinic
Coordinate multidisciplinary care for patients with leukemia, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma
Collaborate with authorization teams and manage new patient referrals to ensure timely access to care
Schedule and coordinate appointments across departments to support seamless patient journeys
Respond to patient messages via MyChart and manage EPIC pools to maintain clear communication and documentation
Support complex care plans for patients undergoing chemotherapy, BMT, and stem cell transplants
