Requirements - New York License - 1+ years of experience - BLS certification - Experience with EMR: PointClick Care
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting. - Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding. - Monitor patients' health conditions and report changes to the medical team. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
